Meghalaya Murder Echoes in Telangana: The Tejeshwar Case

పెళ్లైన నెల‌కే.. భ‌ర్త‌ను కిరాత‌కంగా హ‌త్య చేయించిన భార్య‌!

What began as a love-driven marriage turned into a horrifying tale of betrayal and murder in just over a month. Ganta Tejeshwar, a 32-year-old private surveyor from Gadwal, Telangana, was found brutally murdered—allegedly at the hands of his wife and her close associates.

Tejeshwar had been engaged to Aishwarya (alias Sahasra Aishwary) from Kallur, Kurnool district, in December 2024. Though their wedding was scheduled for February 13, 2025, it was abruptly canceled when Aishwarya went missing. Despite this red flag and his parents’ objections, Tejeshwar married her on May 18, 2025, at Beechupally Anjaneya Swamy temple, in the presence of her family.

On June 17, just a month into their marriage, Tejeshwar left home and did not return. His family filed a missing complaint the next day. Investigation using CCTV and technical evidence revealed that he was taken in a car towards Kurnool under the guise of a land deal.

On June 21, his body was discovered in the Galeru–Nagari canal near Pinnapuram in Nandyal district. Post-mortem results confirmed it was a case of murder.

Following an intensive investigation, police arrested Aishwarya and her mother Sujatha, while Canara Bank manager Tirumala Rao—allegedly in a relationship with Aishwarya—and his driver are still on the run.

🔍 Police Confession

During interrogation, Aishwarya and Sujatha reportedly confessed to their role in the crime. According to police sources:

Aishwarya admitted she was in a romantic relationship with Tirumala Rao even before her marriage to Tejeshwar.

She claimed she was “forced” into the marriage by family pressure, but remained in contact with Rao.

Along with her mother, Aishwarya conspired with Rao to eliminate Tejeshwar so that they could “be together without interference.”

Sujatha confessed that she helped plan and coordinate the kidnapping by luring Tejeshwar under the pretext of showing agricultural land.

The disturbing premeditation and betrayal behind the murder have sent shockwaves across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The incident has drawn comparisons to the Meghalaya Honeymoon Murder, where trust was similarly shattered in a calculated killing soon after marriage.
