In a sharp and unapologetic speech, Telangana MLC and Congress leader Adanki Dayakarunleashed a string of attacks against Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM and Jana Sena Party chiefPawan Kalyan, accusing him of historical ignorance and ideological inconsistency.
“The Indus Valley Civilization belongs to the Dravidians of this land. Harappa was Dravidian. But Pawan Kalyan speaks without knowing history,” Dayakar stated.
Mocking Kalyan’s shifting beliefs, he said, “He transformed from Che Guevara toChandramukhi and now talks about Sanatana Dharma.”
“Sanatana Dharma says there are no divorces—then why did he get divorced twice?” he askedpointedly. “He married a Russian woman, yet no one asked him to leave for Russia.”
Dayakar further argued that Sanatana Dharma was not the oldest belief system and raised thequestion of caste oppression: “Mahavidh, a Madiga, was the first king of this land. Why are hispeople now reduced to making footwear? Pawan should reflect on that.” He also questioned,“How can practices like Sati be considered Dharma?”
Dayakar, honored by Dalit organizations during the event at Vijayawada, reaffirmed hiscommitment to fighting for social equality. He briefly mentioned his political roots in MalaMahanadu and expressed support for Telangana CM Revanth Reddy.
He criticized the BJP and RSS for promoting “colonial values under the guise of Hinduism” andasked CM Chandrababu Naidu to serve beyond his party lines, ensuring justice for allcommunities.
