  • Renewed enthusiasm among YSRCP ranks
  • Public anger against the coalition government’s year of chaotic rule
  • Backstab Day protests reflect public dissent
  • People mobilized like a tidal wave following YS Jagan’s call
  • Rebellion against Chandrababu’s government of lies
  • Widespread outrage over broken promises and betrayals

Public fury erupted against Chandrababu, who ascended to power with promises like Super Six and Super Seven but failed to implement a single one, deceiving the people. Following the call of former Chief Minister and YSRCP leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, party workers and the public united and mobilized like a tidal wave. The Backstab Day protests were a resounding success. Across villages, YSRCP workers and leaders used placards, flexes, and pamphlets to expose Chandrababu’s deceit to the public. People demanded the immediate implementation of the 143 promises, including Super Six.

Unprecedented Scale:

The Backstab Day protests, called by YS Jagan, saw massive participation from YSRCP ranks and the public, achieving success beyond expectations. Party workers across all districts took to the streets, participating in protest programs. Despite obstacles created by the police and the coalition government, YSRCP cadres overcame them to make the protests successful. In some areas, police unlawfully obstructed YSRCP workers, but they persevered, ensuring the program’s success.

Enthusiasm Among YSRCP Ranks:

Whenever YS Jagan calls for protests against the coalition government’s atrocities, the public participates with enthusiasm, especially YSRCP cadres, who are charged with fervor. As soon as the coalition government came to power, it began burdening the public in various ways. When electricity tariffs worth over ₹15,000 crore were imposed, YS Jagan called for a power struggle, leading to massive statewide protests. When Chandrababu’s government cheated students by withholding ₹1,000 crore in fee reimbursements and failing to provide jobs, YS Jagan called for protests, and lakhs of youth and YSRCP cadres responded with zeal. Marking the anniversary of the election results on June 4, YS Jagan called for Backstab Day protests to highlight the coalition government’s failure to fulfill promises, betraying the public. YSRCP cadres across the state took to the streets in large numbers.

Reflection of Public Opposition:

YSRCP cadres exposed Chandrababu’s deceitful governance. Both the public and YSRCP ranks participate enthusiastically in all protest programs, raising their voices against the government’s anti-public policies. Political analysts note that no government has faced such widespread public opposition within just a year. The success of every program has infused fresh enthusiasm among YSRCP cadres. The recent Backstab Day protests were a grand success.
