Redbook & Political governance..AP state bleeding

Failure of Law and Order

Chandrababu’s vendetta against political opponents, from the village level upwards, is evident. He, along with Lokesh, is operating a secret machinery for this purpose. With the help of former police officials who worked for him, a master plan is being executed. Certain officials are identifying Chandrababu’s party opponents at the police station level, and based on this, attacks, atrocities, and murder attempts are being carried out. The attack on the Mannava Sarpanch is part of this.

The law-and-order situation in the state has deteriorated drastically. Under Chandrababu’s demonic rule, cloaked in the guise of the “Red Book Constitution” and “Political Governance,” there is no protection for public representatives, common people, or opposition party workers and leaders. Anarchy and goondaism are increasing day by day. Those who oppose Chandrababu, raise their voices or question him are being targeted, with threats of attacks and murder attempts, leading to bloodshed. This situation prevails in every district and village across the state. Amid the deteriorating peace and security, the systems meant to protect the public are becoming ineffective.

In Guntur district’s Ponnuru constituency, Mannava village’s YSRCP Dalit Sarpanch, Bonigala Nagamalleswara Rao, was brutally attacked in broad daylight by TDP supporters, who attempted to kill him. Nagamalleswara Rao is critically injured.

The Red Book Constitution introduced by Chandrababu in place of the Indian Constitution, and the political governance replacing democratic systems, are now devouring the people, parties, and institutions of the state. During his oath as Chief Minister, Chandrababu swore to perform his duties impartially, without discrimination or bias, and in accordance with the Constitution and law. However, he is now violating this oath and running the government unjustly.

Does a person who defies such an oath have the right to continue in office? Discrimination, injustice, and goondaism dominate governance, law enforcement, and public service delivery. Victims cannot even go to police stations to report injustices. Doesn’t this situation indicate that Chandrababu is defying his oath and violating the Constitution? In such a case, does he have the legitimacy to remain in this position?

  1. Since coming to power, just as they discarded their manifesto, they have also thrown the Indian Constitution, law, and democracy into the trash.
  1. Chandrababu has formed a secret machinery with former police officials who worked for him and others, entrusting them with implementing the Red Book Constitution and Political Governance.
  1. Across the state, strong YSRCP leaders and workers are being mapped, and the law is being violated against them. Even if they get relief from the courts, they are immediately implicated in new cases with altered sections. This sinister conspiracy is being executed through this secret machinery, with Chandrababu as its mastermind. When the time changes, these anonymous operatives will face public backlash and legal consequences.
  1. This secret machinery has mapped strong YSRCP leaders, workers, and sympathizers at the police station level across the state. They are using tactics of persuasion, division, and punishment against them, economically weakening them, destroying their businesses, demolishing properties, filing false cases, and even fabricating cases. Ultimately, they are orchestrating attacks, like the one on Mannava Sarpanch Nagamalleswara Rao, a gentle individual.
  1. While the YSRCP government ensured that eligible beneficiaries, regardless of party affiliation, received scheme benefits through comprehensive family mapping, Chandrababu is using his secret machinery to map and target those opposing him at the village level, orchestrating atrocities, attacks, and murder attempts.
  1. Chandrababu’s plan is to ensure that no one opposing him, or even suspected of opposing him, is allowed to live peacefully. This is why he introduced the Red Book Constitution and Political Governance.
  1. From IPS and IAS officers to grassroots workers like Anganwadi staff and field assistants, Chandrababu is mapping and harassing everyone, taking revenge. Such a tyrannical government has never been seen before.
  1. Is this a democratic government or one following the Indian Constitution? There is no difference between today’s Andhra Pradesh and a mafia state. Chandrababu is not acting as a democratic leader but as the head of a mafia regime. Does someone who so blatantly violates the Constitution deserve to continue in this position?
  1. After the attack on Nagamalleswara Rao, the video clearly shows who carried it out. Despite 24 hours passing, not a single accused has been arrested. Instead, the police helped the culprits escape. Would this happen under lawful governance? The government is being run like a mafia state.
