The Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja is all set to return to the big screen with Mass Jathara, a full-fledged commercial action entertainer directed by Bhanu Bhogavarapu, who is making his directorial debut. The film features Sreeleela as the female lead, reuniting the successful Dhamaka pair, with music once again composed by Bheems Ceciroleo, known for his mass-appeal soundtracks.
In Mass Jathara, Ravi Teja will be seen in a powerful police role as Lakshman Bheri, while Naveen Chandra plays the villain, setting the stage for an intense showdown. Produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi under Sithara Entertainments and Sai Soujanya of Fortune Four Cinemas, the project carries strong commercial promise.
Bhanu Bhogavarapu, best known for his writing contributions to films like Sarkaru Vaari Paata and several Anil Ravipudi projects, is transitioning to the director’s chair for the first time. His entry into direction adds to the anticipation surrounding the film, especially given the combination of seasoned talent and rising creative vision.
The production is nearing completion, with only a few song sequences left to shoot. The makers are planning a grand theatrical release by the end of August 2025, timed with the Vinayaka Chavithi festivities, although the official date is yet to be announced.
With Ravi Teja’s high-energy presence, Bhanu’s storytelling, Bheems’ music, and a proven lead pair, Mass Jathara is shaping up to be a festival-ready mass entertainer that could light up the box office this Ganesh Chaturthi..
