In a scathing attack, YSRCP leader Lakshmi Parvathi tore into Nara Lokesh and Chandrababu Naidu, questioning their repeated claims to Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR)’s legacy.
“Lokesh is not a rightful heir to NTR—he’s the grandson through a daughter, not from the Nandamuri lineage,” she said. “He’s just the political heir to Chandrababu’s corrupt legacy.”
Parvathi accused Lokesh of designing a “Red Book Constitution” that has brought disorder to the state and dismissed the recent Mahaanadu in Kadapa as a stage-managed event used to attack CM Jagan Mohan Reddy, not to honor NTR or address public issues.
She strongly condemned the use of AI to simulate NTR praising the TDP, calling it a shameful distortion of the truth. “They’re misusing technology to rewrite history. There are actual videos of NTR lashing out at Chandrababu, calling him a backstabber after the 1995 political coup. That truth can’t be erased.”
Going further, she accused Chandrababu Naidu of being responsible for NTR’s downfall and eventual death. “And now, the same people are shamelessly using his name to collect donations.”
Parvathi raised questions about Chandrababu’s unexplained wealth, asking, “How did a man with just two acres of land become so rich?” She also alleged that TDP misused scams like the Skill Development case to fund their politics and turn black money into white.
She claimed the party chased away investors like the Jindal Group using orchestrated controversies involving a Mumbai actress and blamed their liquor policy for destroying families.
“The people of this state are paying the price for TDP’s manipulative politics. Betraying NTR and then using his name—that’s the real betrayal,” she said.
