Tamil superstar Suriya is back in action with his 46th film, helmed by Vaathi and Lucky Bhaskardirector Venky Atluri. Touted as a stylish heist-noir thriller, the film marks a significant shift forboth actor and director—leaning into darker, more emotionally intense storytelling.
Backed by Sithara Entertainments, Fortune Four Cinemas, and Srikara Studios, the movie wenton floors with a formal launch on June 11, 2025 and is being made simultaneously in Tamil andTelugu.
The makers dropped a stunning first-look poster via social media on June 11, showing Suriya ina sleek semi-formal back pose with the tagline:
“And the Celebration Begins” Accompanied by the caption: “The first step towards celebration,emotion and entertainment,” it ignited immediate buzz.
Suriya leads the cast in a gritty, possibly Ghajini-like role. He is joined by rising Malayalamactress Mamitha Baiju as the female lead, with Raveena Tandon and Radhika Sarathkumarplaying key supporting roles. Buzz also suggests a cameo from Vijay Deverakonda, thoughunconfirmed.
