Paul’s remarks have sparked controversy, particularly regarding Kalyan’s adherence to Sanatana Dharma, his religious affiliations, and past statements about lifestyle choices.
KA Paul accused Pawan Kalyan of presenting himself as a follower of Sanatana Dharma while simultaneously acknowledging his baptism in a Christian church. Paul claims this dual religious stance is contradictory and raises questions about Kalyan’s sincerity in defending Hindu traditions. Furthermore, Paul pointed out Kalyan’s previous comments about consuming beef, a practice generally opposed in Hindu traditions, and criticized his father’s alleged act of lighting cigarettes with a lamp meant for worship.
There have been discussions about Pawan Kalyan’s comments on the death of Pagadala Praveen, an issue that has generated controversy. KA Paul also made specific demands for justice from Chandrababu Naidu regarding this case.
